Hey guys, I just have a quick question...I have a Nintendo DS and the AC adapter is 110~120V...If I bring my DS over to Europe, say France and buy a DS Charger there (220~240 V)..Would I still be able to charge my DS or would that gonna fry my DS?

Well, the systems run on the same voltage regardless of region, since they're region free. So by that logic, all chargers are going to have the same voltage output regardless of input.
That however is logic, and in reality logic might not equal fact.
just get yourself a plug adapter, itd be cheaper than buying a whole new charger. They change the voltage to make different plugs and sockets compatible.
It should work fine, I ended up waiting with my DS but my SP is the Japanese edition. Just bought a new charger and it's always been fine (I live in the UK).
As far as I know with regards to Nintendo the actual handhelds are all the same, only thing they change is the packaging and chargers (and price tags and availability of colours etc...). Games bought anywhere work as well unlike with consoles and the retarded region/PAL/NTSC systems they have to work around. Just a suggestion though, you might want to shop for an EU charger online before you travel, sometimes spare chargers are a pain in the neck to find. Especially if you travel to some backwater town. You mentioned France, http://www.amazon.fr is probably the easiest place to get one.
And yeah, alternatively just bring one of those travel converters, then all your other appliances will work for you too. I would definitely recommend a travel converter if you do more extensive travelling in Europe, it's all 220-240V around here but sod's law there's a couple of different types of plugs. Mainland Europe and Scandinavia all use the two-headed plug, UK/Ireland have weird three-headed ones. Go figure.
When I went over to the UK earlier this year, I couldn't use my charger because of the voltage change, even though I had an adapter. The good news, though, is that all the hotels and B&B's that I stayed had dedicated 110V sockets in the bathroom for foreign shavers. The outlets are also the American kind, too. So, if you're just visiting, and staying in hotels, then that might be the case, but if you're staying in normal homes, you might need to get a new charger.
I was over in England in September and I can say that it doesnt work with the AC adapter they give you. However you can buy several transformers at places like Home Depot or other hardware stores(not walmart) and plug those in and they will convert the power from the 220 down to 120.
just so you know, you could also buy a eurpean adapter in some stores here that would allow the DS to work over there.
Edit: Dont cheap out on the transformers, the cheap ones dont work with anything except electric razors.
Thank you guys! =]
Yes, you must buy and adapter of some kind.
The reason the JP/NA chargers are the same is that, surprise surprise, Japan and North America use the same electricity standards (go US Occupation legacy!).
Even if you could plug the charger into a european plug it would burn out the adapter quite quickly from the excess current in the electrical system.
