Staging Point guide?

Ok so a friend of mine (thanks Kioto) gave me an old account to play with since my little brother uses mine. The one I have now didn't have the Aht Urghan stuff or any new maps. So now I have to go ahead and get all the maps/staging points.

Problem is, I haven't played FFXI in a year lol.

I tryed looking online for a guide to all the staging points but no luck.
