Just found this one pop up on my Facebook front page:

"I bought a 48 pack of Mission tortilla but I can never remember which I like-- corn or flour. Turns out I like flour. I've braved about 5 of these bad boys but I just can't handle any more. It's a huge pack and it's a sin to waste food so if you happen to love corn tortillas, they're all fucking yours."

Anyone else seen some funny ones?

How? That seems unfathomable. I'll have to check the exact price next time I'm at the grocery store (QFC), but I know its at least a dollar even for the smallest packages.

But if its $0.20 at the stores near you, you should really check out one of those discount surplus market type places. They'd probably sell the tortillas for like a penny per dozen. At least, I know I can get a single ramen noodle package for like 25 cents at the grocery store, but those discount surplus market type places have an entire crate of them for 25 cents. It's insane.

I get a 12pack or tortilla's, a package of Salsa, and taco mix for $2. Taco Bell brand. This is at Wal-Mart. The tortilla's themselves separate are cheap as hell. Like .60 for 12 or something. This is in Kentucky, where the median income is probably $30,000 a year >.>

Funny thing about the price of tortillas-

In mexico it's a huge national crisis. With all the huge emphasis on (lol)Ethanol in america, corn prices are being driven up and Mexican families are having to spend more and more of their monthly salary on corn tortillas, to the point where many of them are having to sacrifice other things in their budget just to eat, since corn tortillas are pretty much the basis of their entire diet.

So maybe that guy should send them to mexico.

Buy em at Sam's club or Cosco (or your favourite wholesale store). They sell freaking hueg packages and are dirt cheap. I don't finish them fast enough, thus getting moldavite ;x
