These guys have a free hosting package, you should look into that if it's just a salvage shell imo.

i'm with http://www.hostgator.com for my stuff. they have some pretty cheap packages, and reasonably good reliability.

i recommend you dont cheap out on the $5/mo one though, get the $8/mo one

Over the last 10 years, never has any host come close to Site5. Their prices, service, knowledge, and packages can't be beat. I paid $120 for 2 years, with the plan being 500GB storage, 5TB bandwidth, unlimited websites, E-Mail, etc... My only downtime has been from maintenances which I'm given 1+ months notice of.

However, if it's just for a Salvage shell, you can normally find free hosting packages which are very minimal (perfect for just Salvage).
