connection issues 10/12 not PW related

I got in once so it's not PW or anything. I hang at various points from initial PoL connection to actual Char selection depending on the attempt. Been like this for several hours now.

When I did get in Search and AH failed majority of the time, 3100 ppl logged in tho so not a global issue (unfortunately...)

I also can't get PoL website up (got it once with a lot of X's for pics but refresh and failed).

2 separate PC's on the same ISP, Comcast, Florida. Some Zam posters reporting same issue there.

Just figured I'd post as I'm going to imagine I'm not the only one. Any suggestions appreciated but I'm figuring this might be another one of those ISP things like earlier in the year....

I've had this happen before but don't so much understand why. Usually at points of horrible lag or on patch days when most are downloading yet. Logout-Login most always cures it if it's the random variety.

Sounds like ISP... the 2 separate PCs being the most solid justification for that. The search issue might be separate--3000+ on a server once the jpn weekend starts that's presumably very laggy. Random packet loss might combine the two issues[?].

I'm getting POL-0011 as well. I dunno what to do about it :/

Friend who also uses Comcast in Florida is having the same problem, pretty sure it's an ISP issue, he tried everything to get it to work and no luck.

i'm not comcast and i'm getting these same errors. this has been going on for a while.
this morning when i came on i couldnt search or check flist or anything, then i dc'ed and i've been stuck here since.

I got back in now also, but i'm scared to mule just in case.

I got in earlier today and then spent 4 hours before i could get back....might just save muling till the end of the night.

Getting a lot of 0011s here at the moment - on 3 different accounts and 3 different machines. For once, it's not my lousy ISP because I can surf the net just fine. Looking at my friends list it appears it might be an issue with Europe that we're having as all the EUs on flist get stuck on POL at the same time.

I had it again this AM from about 9AM to 10:30AM EDT, but fine now.
