I wish but I've seen some ingame screenshots of the multiplayer. Even a simple computer with a good card could run it just set the settings to high and not very high or you'll lag to hell(BF2).

Just finished playing. Fun as hell, though much more similar to BF than to CS, which typically isn't my cup of tea. My computer was chugging on default settings.

I was playing it last night and I can definitely say that the graphics struggle even with the 8800 cards from Nvidia when on high settings. I was kind of disappointed at the lack of being able to create your own server though since I've got some friends with the game and wanted to set up a match with them.

Ah good good, I'm more of a BF guy than a CS guy, so that's good news to me. What isn't good news to me is this 256mb X1950XT in here will probably choke and die on 1680x1050 reso + medium game settings. =\

You can download it, but unless you're a paying member of File Planet you won't be able to get a key. The public demo for the game comes out in like 3 weeks so at least you aren't completely in the dark.

Yeah, that's him, Akii had some great SSs before most people even knew FFXI could look so good.

yea, the nuclear explosions are amazing. The whole game is really immersive and without any sort of boundries you'd normally expect to see in a multiplayer FPS. No invisible wall syndrome and all that. Underwater is equally impressive.

We arn't really supposed to talk about the beta, it's under NDA. Though I got in when it was open to the public for a very little time. Let's just say that it is very buggy, and you have to have a super computer to play on high. My computer can play on medium "ok" but yeah, still not as pretty. "Very High" graphics are still locked (you can unlock them through a .ini edit), physics are dumbed down, and crytek is still tweaking their engine. I'll play a game and post some pics really fast.

Here's my comp specs to see what it takes to play on medium:
AMD x2 3800+ OC'd to 2.4GHz
2gb ddr2 800 xms2 ram
nvidia 7900gto OC'd
@ 1680 x 1050 resolution

I run a FX-62 and two 8800 ultras and I get around 30-40 fps normally, 20-30 in firefights, 10-15 when the nukes hit

lol last night the opposing team hit us with 5 consequtive fucking nukes damn that shit is loud
