During our PlayOnline registration server maintenance on Oct. 22, 2007, the PlayOnline Information Center will be unable to provide the following services:

- Reissue PlayOnline passwords
- Cancel PlayOnline accounts
- Other processes that require confirmation of customer information

If you need assistance with any of the above, please contact the PlayOnline Information Center after the maintenance is complete.

To me this seems like they might be updating policies on reseting passwords since the FList plus thing. Maybe they won't cock block people anymore, just MAYBE. probably not
