Windower Plugin Question

Sorry I can't find the answer to my question in the forum search engine so I'ma post it here logically under the newbie threads. I see some players screenshots have the different english font than the one the game provides and also the cursor icon is different, it's like a white triangle with a blue border. Does anyone know where I can find this plugin? Running 3.3 Windower.

I know which font you mean. I'm afraid I can't give you a link as i don't have that character set installed. But I can tell you it has nothing to do with Windower. It's completely seperate that somebody else made.
