Can any one confirm beyond all shadow of doubt from personal experience if WAR+Job Traits gives you Double Attack? I have tested it but never seen it. I have fought mobs and sworn they double attacked me but with the obviousely visable (not available as innates) skills they had equiped theres no way they could have had the Double Attack plate. Am I just unlucky, and i'm confident its not lag.

yes, WAR job+traits gives you double attack.

Just remember it's at the same level as players, so WAR main gets it at 25 but sub not until 50.

kk ty, good to know i'm just not lucky on proc rates >_<

I think some things like that are still bugged, I'm having numerous problems with my crab which I really don't think are coincidence or placebo.
