Finding my expansions

Is there a way to .rar the expansions on my destop and send it to my laptop through messenger because i downloaded FFXI on my laptop and only got TOAU WOTG. I've tired looking for the torrents but all of them have no seeders and dnt feel like downloading another FFXI that takes up to 5hrs when i only need those 2 expansions. If you can send it to me through aim or messenger would be greatful ~
PS: what about sending my whole POL file through a messenger what would that do
