    Retard of Trials

    Former WHM main got Club of Trials. Now Red Mage main and want Sword of Trials. Can i drop the club and get the sword or do i need to complete the club quest... Am i boned?

    Talk to whoever gave you the club quest to cancel it after you drop the club.

    I'm not sure how that story could possibly be a long one.

    Just go talk to the guy that starts Club of Trials quest and tell him you give up.

    You can drop the weapon (may need to speak to NPC to cancel the quest) and start a new one. But you should ask a question like this in the random question thread.

    Wrong I believe, because they both use the same Key Item (Annals of Truth)

    You can only have one quest active at a time. I think you can have more than one of the weapons, but only one of them can have points on it (the points are wiped when you cancel the quest with the NPC that gave it to you).
