Interesting if he is server switching, he has been shouting all week in Whitegate starting a ZNM LS.

Also, I don't know anything about the account, but I know an acquaintance of mine had main access to it at one point in time; the person controlling it now may or may not be the original owner, take it as you will.

Well, at one time this account was an RMT mule account who shouted all day in Whitegate trying to sell sky gear. In fact, I made a lj entry about trying to rip off the RMT and he was the one I first contacted, see lj entry here:

That was January of 2007. A couple months later I saw him shouting in Whitegate to form a Sea LS and thought it was kind of weird that an RMT would be shouting to form a Sea LS of all things so I sent him a tell. The story I got was that RMT had stolen his account and then used it to shout in Whitegate for several months before he was able to get his account back. He said they stripped the account down to rare/ex gear only and the only way he was able to get it back was via a "friend" who "worked for SE" who was able to reset his password for him. This is all paraphrasing of course and at the time it all seemed very fishy to me. To further complicate matters, when I checked him I saw he had all whitebox buyable gear you could imagine for BRD. Angel's Rings, Melody Earrings +1, some Sheikh pieces, Osode or NQ manteel.. I forget which, etc. So I wondered how a supposedly stripped down account could work their way back into that kind of gear in less than a week after recovering his account. Keep in mind, this was in January of 2007 so it was long before they started doing account rollbacks or any of that stuff. Between the fishy story and some of the facts appearing not to match up quite right I just assumed the player had purchased the account from the RMT who were using it and also bought a boatload of gil to go with it, which he then used to buy all that nice whitebox gear. I've had no dealings with this player since then, so who knows, but that's my experience with them.

Unholymagnus@Ragnarok was acctuly once a time in the hnm ls Lemonade back when it was still around in like 2004?, and for the selling sky gear for gil with rmt's or whatever, from what i heard it was that he got hacked but he quickly got the account back a few weeks later. that's what i remember about the story but other then that he's not a half bad guy. should get opinions from people who know him better tho.

I think he was in Lemonade for a total of 1 week? Didn't even make it through his trial. He didn't want to level /WHM on his BRD (he sported /RDM). Then went emo over it ("it's my playstyle" blah blah) and that was that. That was years ago though. I guess he leveled it by now XD
