Ok so recently I've got this ToD for an NM that apparently 2 JP rdms have been killing alone without any competition for months. Well lately i've been outclaiming them like mad basically 8/8 on claim (i swear they afk during window) I think they're getting pissed off and retaliating with hacks. (hacks i know for sure) Here are a few examples of them CLEAR AS DAY using speed hacks and pos.exe also I believe they have some sort of program that reads ffxi data while not being online. This reason is because if they're logged out at an NM and it pops (this is when my main is busy and i can't dual box the kill) they log in and claim.

Example #1
NM: Bune
Hack used: POS.exe

They claimed bune (this was the first day i went to get tod) they never saw me hiding behind the wall with Hide up. Bune was around 5% and they killed it. The JPrdm Garateen proceeded to deodorize the JPrdm Knitty. I started typing in my LS to ask why he did this and i look up and they're both gone...so i start spamming /sea all Garateen. 15seconds later they both show in Valkurm

NM: Cassie
Hack used: POS.exe Fleetool

Bune popped and Gara/Knitty managed to claim and kill it. We then make our way to Cassie. My ninja friend had ninja boots on and it was nighttime we made it to beaucedine about 2minutes before the 2rdms did. My nin friend was a good ways ahead of me and then Garateen appear on search list. Suddenly they come zoomin by me (not flee speed) im assuming they had sprinter's added to their speed pants already. Well they get out of my sight and my nin friend says "Garateen" says he's alittle bit behind him. Meanwhile my Cassie mule is sitting there and WHOA it's knitty! He then claims and proceeds to hold via bind/gravity. How does rdm get from Bune pop to Cassie pop in under 5minutes? (Warp -> Whitegate -> Home nation -> Beaucedine -> Fei'yin -> walk to cassie) This process usually takes me 15minutes atleast. This rdm managed to get here in under 5 -.- So anyway my friend zones into Fei'yin then Garateen shortly after. My mule is dead away from CC now ( i attempted to hold it but failed ^_^ ) so i can't see what's going on. My friend makes it to cassie in hopes of knitty maybe wiping by some god given gift but what does he find? Garateen killing Cassie with Knitty. Garateen never passed my friend, my friend had nin boots (25%) Sprinters + Crimson = 24% Clearly a case of speed/pos.exe

I'm standing at bune wondering when it will pop because i lost ToD few days ago due to being sick. I've been /seaing Garateen and finally he pops in valkurm. Moments later he's in Gustav. He then vanishes from sea list and he NEVER EVER appeared on my screen anywhere NEAR Bune's pop. 30minutes later im chillin on my bed and see Bune fade in was quite unexpected but since i figured garateen had logged and wasn't near pop maybe i could run my RDM in and duo like i always do. Well my RDM gets about as far as sandy OP NPC before out of NOWHERE Garateen pops and claims ontop of bune at the same time. Shortly after knitty appears ontop of Bune and walks away casually. They proceed to kill leaving me pissed off and in awe.

Question that has my mind boggled.
How do these 2 players manage to log in SHORTLY after (about the time it takes to open POL and log into FFXI) NM pops? Leads me to think they have some program that's telling them when NM pops outside of game This is the third time i've witnessed them log in and claim just as NM pops. First 2 times they had logged out near bune.

I've reported these characters multiple times on multiple accounts and i have yet to seem them banned or suspended. Logging on each day /seaing their names and finding them doing w/e the hell they want to wherever the hell they please. Players such as these sicken me to death. Hacking infront of other players without care as if you're above the rules is just pure garbage. I hope their totally completed RDM gear goes to waste -.-

Write a detailed STF report. This won't show immediate results but should get them investigated.
From personal experience with calling GM's, they prefer you handle it through the STF.

People have been doing forever. It is no hack Mr. Wiz. Its called get ToD, go to pop area, leave it on your character, log in during window, /look for NM, log out, repeat, so no one ever sees the window is up... did I just have to explain that?
