Great person, one of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. I do salvage with her every day, she wont be known by alot of the Ifrit engame community because she is an aussie. She has 3/5 Marduk, also found poisoned due to me ^^/ Wish her all the best and hi to Anj and Sonix

Alshi is a perfect addition to any endgame shell. She is smart, funny, and impeccably good at what she does. I'm often quoted as saying that there really is no one like her. I'm sad to see her go if she goes, but Ifrit's loss is the other world's gain.
She has at least two years of playing experience (if not more) and is well versed in almost every endgame battle system. (except Sea)
She is main job whm 75 and blm 75 with a host of other jobs in the 60+ range.
She is the consumate leader, often directing traffic, organizing runs, making linkshell and personnel decisions; as well as being able to serve in a support/administrative role. (eg. dynamis data collection)
She is easy to get along with and almost universally liked, while yet not being afraid to confront people who are being rude/destructive/offensive.
She also has the time and desire to commit to many weekly activities/permas/etc. and to making herself the best she can be to benefit the linkshell.
Great player, and if it says anything, i transferred, then transferred back for... her basically lol

Alsh is a wonderful addition to any linkshell. She has been the most helpful friend, leader, and mentor I have ever had playing ffxi. I know I will personally miss her alot if she decides to go. Honestly half of me wants to start a smear campaign to keep her from leaving. Paul perfectly describes alsh in every way. I wouldn't be surprised if 10 people follow you to whatever server you may go.

I met Alsh about 9 months ago and I've never had a negative expirence with her. I'll even go out on a limb to say she's one of the best WHMs I've met on Ifrit. Highly skilled, superior gear, heavily meritted. Even though her playtimes were odd, she would miss sleep to help out the linkshell, she ALWAYS put others before her own needs. No matter what you needed, Alsh would be there to lend a hand. Her social linkshell was full of the friendliest people, and I was proud to call it my home up until the day I moved.
It would be a no brainer to take Alsh into your linkshell, she's one of the diamonds in the rough that Ifrit has to offer.

I was in Alshrandra's first LS. It was a social LS with great potential. She did a very good job organizing several successful, and even unsuccessful events, for that shell before it broke. But for the most part the NA endgame of Ifrit won't know her. I don't think she's ever officially joined a sky or sea shell. But I do know she's very well liked and gets along w/ just about everybody. I really don't think I know of a single person who could say a bad thing about her.
