Halp my keyboard doesnt work!

Ok so I bought a new laptop....

and that works fantastic... except I cant get to the menus in FFXI... When I press + it just types +

I also cant seem to move >.>

I can find the menu to arrange spells (Alt M)

How do i get to the regular (large) menu in FFXI?


And good lord what I would I do with out tech support from here?!?!??!!!!

You have to set the keyboard to compact, it's in the FFXI settings. Hold down the function (Fn, next to Windows key) key to enable the keys in blue on your keyboard, get to your menu and set your keyboard to compact and you should be good to go.

I had to use FN + scroll lock to get to the keys I needed. Looks like I am going to find a controller that works with this lap top next. I am such a console oriented person... >.>
