Console emuators

Im trying to find a good Sega Megadrive + SNES emu after having a strong bout of nostalga for the glory days of 16-bit.
I was just wondering if anyone here could recomend a few decent emu's and sites to get roms from please?

i'd love to find a perfect working saturn emulator, a few games i've been itching to play for YEARS are PDS, Thunderforce 5, and Radiant Silvergun

i'd buy a modded saturn but they're probably hard to find, and/or might not work for much longer after you buy it

anyone know of a good turbo duo/turbo grafx 16 cd emulator. I got all these classic tb16 cd games I want to play but can't find the damn ac adapter to power the cd player addon....
