Computer / sound help?

I just reformatted my computer, and now it doesnt have any sound, any one have any clue whats going on?

If so:

Start -> Run ->

Type this in the run box:

services.msc

scroll down to "Windows Audio"

Click "Restart the service"

thats the thing, i doubt it did, but where would i find them...?

already checked, but have no clue which specific driver i am spose to install, and does it matter? jw
