Sheeting and skill up

Ive been asking around to sum high lv smithers on quetz but none seem to know the answer to this question:
Can you skill up while using smithing GP item "Sheeting"?

Im just curious if/how the skill ups would work, like could u gain multi +.1's or like a .3 if this is even possible.

Also is this key item worth wasting 10k pts yet if i dont have my gloves yet. im only 52 smithing atm. gettn started on DS sheets.

as far as i know no you wont get multi skill-ups from using the key item would be just like synthing 1 sheet. is it worth it well only you can answer that.

I got sheeting because I had points to spare, and because I knew I'd be doing skillup synths/future guild point items etc, that would take a lot of sheets of various kinds. I wasn't of level to get my glasses yet, though, and I had points for both. If you don't have the gloves yet, I'd get those first, tbh.

It is 1 synth, so 1 skill up. 60+ would be 0.1 only.
