Can't re-activate Content ID?

I know the registration system had maintenance, it supposedly ended 2.5 hours ago.
My problem is that last night, at around 1:00AM (PST) i was exp'ing with my ninja when i got dc'd by a POL error. Then when i tried to reconnect to FFXI, it said i had no content ID's and needed to obtain or reactivate my content IDs.

Now, i've tried to go on "Reactivate Content ID" now, and the past hour, but it continues to say that the service is under maintenance.

I check my second account, and it allows me to go to the registration page and cancel/reactivate/obtain content ID's.

Now i'm wondering...is my main account banned or suspended or something? I haven't done anything wrong since i restarted playing....3 weeks ago...the only thing i've changed was add that FFXI Skin mod that changes the icons and stuff (forgot the name of the persons livejournal)

Dunno what's going on, and was wondering if you guys had a clue.

their shit is whack i was unable to reactivate for 2 days after maintenance and then all of the sudden i was able to, i dunno
