Granite Rose and Pit Spider?

How do you get the Tier 2s and 3s of these? Havent been able to get them at all. I'm max rank atm and i've done the tier 1s of these as well as every other campaign op but these. Their just not being offered ;/

We were speculating in the other thread that you just need people from your nation to do the tier 1s enough to unlock the tier 2s, then the tier 2s to unlock the tier 3s. However I gathered a party 4 Bastokers and we all got Pit Spider 1 and did 2 runs and it didn't unlock, so I might try again some day with 6 people burning 5 tags or something to see if that does anything.

I think they are time released myself. The week I got Granite Rose 2 done it showed up Wed evening. Later that same week (Friday night) Granite Rose 3 showed up. To me it seemed like we took such a beating defensively that we needed the help so the op was released. At this point I am missing Pit Spider 2 and 3.
