I'm leveling SCH today in Lower Delkfutt's Tower on Gobs, and another party shows up and starts camping on top of us. We decide to simply outclaim them, so all of us are on pull duty.
So I do what I've done in the past for claims, I self-target with a spell (in this case, Poison) and keep hitting enter to try and spam it so it automatically starts casting when a mob pops.
Because I'm too lazy to post the SS right now (and I'm still in the party), the chat log looked something like this:
You must specify a valid target for that spell.
You must specify a valid target for that spell.
You must specify a valid target for that spell.

Aksannyi starts casting Poison on the Goblin Leecher.*
Unable to cast spells at this time.**
*I did not move at all while doing this. Standing still, enter key spam.
**This was when I attempted to cast Poison on the mob again, basically it acted like I had just casted it.
This happened twice, so, does this mean I got claim blocked? I thought that was only implemented on NMs that are heavily competed against, not regular run of the mill XP mobs. Anyone else have this happen? Just found it funny that I got claim blocked during a level 20 xp party.
At any rate, I'm pleased that I don't suck at claiming.![]()
