Comic Book novel recommendations

I like comic books that are adapted in novel format, true novels not graphic novels. I know, I know that's strange, it's just easier to read for me, plus the storyline is more of the art to me than the pictures. Wondering if there are any good novels out there, would like more batman ones but any are great. video game novels are good too(i.e. resident evil series that was so awesome). thanks.

I hear that the Batman: No Man's Land novelization is very good. Other than that, I don't know how many comic arcs have been made in novel form, though I know there's an Infinite Crisis novel.
