Kraken DRK: More than just AV~

Okay, so.

This isn't another god damn AV thread so don't get your knickers in a twist.

These are screenshots I took from today's Einherjar, Wing 3. I was Kraken DRK, and we were zerging the boss in 5 mins. No problems right? Wrong.

I was being cured the entire time by a WHM and RDM, but took these 3 screenshots after the fight as I felt something was wrong:

At about 75%, Cerb was resisting Souleater much like AV. As pictured, it started off great, then DRASTICALLY dropped. He didn't have his shield up.

This also happened earlier on in Nyzul on Hydra. Again, he didn't have his shield up.

So, has anyone else tested this? Usually I wouldn't go around starting useless stuff like this, but I really have to know, did they really break DRK zergs?

I know Einherjar mobs have been doing it for awhile (LS drks should be able to tell you!, I don't pay much attention), can't speak for Nyzul though.

I think drk zerg is what it has always been though.

This was the first time in 7 months I've noticed it, honestly. The only things that I've seen resist is Dracula and that's Blood Weapon only. :/ We can usually get these dead pretty fast but we had a ton of trouble today.

Pretty much all the t3 bosses build resist, I don't think KB does tho. Not for sure, been awhile since we had him.

Pretty sure either Buffalo or Marid builds resist as well. I really don't know which all do because we really only have 3 DRK, so SE isn't a huge part of our zergs.

It's always happened to me. Even on the marlboro boss for tier 1 will resist. ill be chugging along at 180/hit then drop to 70/hit for no reason.

Yay ty, we're about to try Dyna-Valk, I'll report on the boss (and grab a COR for 2hr reset) and see if there's anything funny going on.

Also, Krakeneater still works like a Charm on Dynamis Lord (still a beautiful 250+ for each hit throughout the duration) so I doubt it's different for CoP bosses, but you can report your results, go for it.

Also I've heard people report this on Nyzul too, but I hundred-scythe (or great sword) Nyzul bosses all the time and I've never noticed a bit of change (400-500 each hit due buffs and Body Boost, more if critical). There could be a requirement for a certain amount of hits in order for the resistance to start building, and maybe the Nyzul bosses just die too fast to notice. I dunno.

Nothing wrong with Souleater on Bv2. Just beat it fine with 10 people.

Marid for sure resists, just did it the other day and complained about it. What bosses don't resist SE in Einherjar, anyone got a list or know for sure?

i still liked using krakeneater on the Steven Hawking chair boss, and his little minions. We just had a dark on each one and have them solo it zerg style. Makes things a lot faster, even tho its not necessary.

As mentioned above I also have seen it extremely nerfed in Einherjar and a couple other places. No need to get your panties in a bunch. Nothing has changed except your precious Absolute Virtue everyone is to pussy to figure out with the exception of body toss zerg.
