TGS pics & info, new Japanese ads for the Free Trial

So, this is technically the biggest thing to come out of the Tokyo Game Show regarding Final Fantasy XI. :D

Basically, they have released a set of new commercials running in Japan, where they edit FFXI cutscenes and add in humorous dialogue. It's sort of like Sealab 2021 meets FFXI.

Barring any particularly insightful interviews in the next few days, that pretty much wraps up TGS for us FFXI fans. If you want pictures and commentary about the show, just click here for all TGS posts, where all Creator's Voice Z entries are translated, which include some cosplay and commentary.

Corinth is busy writing up a more detailed look into TGS, and will have many pictures and things to say, including a visit to the official Square Enix store on Monday.

I feel like the low levels aren't stable enough to get good picture of the game, valkurm sucks and you might get 160 exp from one mob and 50 from the other... also the constant missing resisting and hitting for 0's, plus all the walking around.. It's really hard to solo ex. blm to 18 so you can get subjob quest :/

That's how Faf and Nid should spawn, flying in from above, a landing AoE+Stunga move, kill any lvl 5 vokebots, and THEN you try to claim the fucker.
