Sommer->Winter Time

To prevent confusion for Events like Dynamis in the time posted below:

Germany/Austria ect. (Europe) change time on 26. October from 3:00AM -> 2:00 AM
America does this on 2. November (excluding Arizona, Hawaii and parts of Indiana)

So any Dynamis Schedules people use on servers can (not must) have conflicts.
Head ups so people know already of possible problems, this is however not as bad as the change from Winter to Summer time.
