I checked one of my linkshell mate and he has this. I asked him how it was and he said it is pretty l33t on full moon. He said it gives him +10 INT and +10 MND.

I was like what the fuck o_O? Is this true? Does the +4INT and +4 MND stack with the +6INT and +6MND? If it does, I'm getting one of these.

I'm certain that it does stack. I'll test it with my Luna Subligar again, but I do remember getting CHR+10 from it during Full Moon.

EDIT: I mean 10 combined, outside full moon it's +3 CHR only, but on full moon it should be +10. I will reply back here asap when my playtimes clash with a full moon.

Where have those been proven though? By the formula of every other similar item in the game, the negative stat in dark weather will replace the positive one. The earring should be easy enough to test, does it give 0 acc in dark weather (+3 + "-3") or does it give -3 instead of the +3?

Yeah that would be one for sure. Still the norm is for the conditional stat to replace the non-conditional; SE just isn't that great for consistency.
