New Years Eve Ideas

I'm looking for some fucking off the chain ideas to bring in the new year seeing as how this year was utter shit.

Do people even plan out things to do anymore? Or do most just go spur of the moment to their favorite bar/club and bring in the new year the same shit way I've been doing the past few years.

I was just gonna kinda see the community's plans and steal a different, killer way to do it this year.

Am interested too, am wondering what to do for new years. I have just stayed at home or with family for the past 3/4 years but i really want to go out and do something this year.
Although not as extreme as last time i went out for new year, was out in london and woke up in leicester...still not quite sure what went on there ;/
