Did any hunters notice an extreme drop in damage?

I know the changes to us didn't go live, but I was hitting for 4,500 or so avg in a raid setting yesterday, today I'm lucky to be breaking 2k on a max crit.
and I was hitting for 500 norm hits.. what..? my gear is not bad

I KNOW viper isn't on because it's been going on all night, it even led me to respec twice trying to see if it was a talent..

I'm waiting for a GM to respond but is anyone else experiencing this..?

Well if this was yesterday like the forum says then I didn't notice any damage decrease at all. Haven't logged on tonight though. I'm pretty pissed about the nerfs though.

Hunters in our raid seemed to be doing normal damage.

I know there have been some bugs reported about abilities doing significantly less damage than normal (starfire doing 500 per cast, starfall doing half damage) but I'm not sure the cause or really anything other than it happening.

I was spamming shots on the level 60 dummy in org and I'd be lucky to break 2k damage on a crit, what the fuck?

Really not looking forward to these changes. I read that SS will now be mathematically worse than just using auto shot. I hope thats wrong.

That's pretty much impossible if you mean using steady shot will lower your DPS compared to autoshot only. People have theorycrafted about a 12.5% drop in DPS for BM, and roughly 8% for the other 2 specs. That does not seem outrageous to me.

Attack power doesn't effect ranged attack power right?

Was wondering if that orc ability effects ranged attack power and if attack power gear influences ranged attack power

AP effects RAP but RAP doesnt effect AP. Shit like the new Hunters mark only effects RAP.
