Looking for a FFXI Sprite pack

I guess this is the best place to ask this, so here goes. Does anyone know of an FFXI Sprite pack? More specifically, of HNMs? Im planning on using them for a website, so im looking for something like the monsters on this site: Sprites

If there are any, it would have to be entirely fan-made. Older games have a sprite "pack" by default as that's what the graphics were for the entire games. Maybe ask some of the artists who have posted their work in the Fan art thread:

At least Lunylunais had posted some sprites he/she had made and they looked pretty good, following her brief guide you could even try making your own if you can't find a full set otherwise. Or if there is anyone artistically inclined in your LS ask them to make a set. You could also search DeviantArt, lot of people have done FFXI pixel art but finding a complete set might be difficult.

sprites are tiles used for 2d animation in games. by moving, exchanging, or recoloring them, it was possible to create a limited animation for very little computational cost (important on old, comparatively weak systems like the NES or SNES.) ffxi uses 3d models (a collection of points and lines draped in a picture), rather than sprites to create its graphics, so as was said above, unless someone's cooked up some fan art designed to look like sprites, what you want does not exist. if you want pictures of mobs, the best thing to do would be to download a model viewer and take those pictures yourself.

ill give callisto a shot. i suppose i can try the model viewer and just shrink the image by a shitload, not sure how it would turn out but ill try a couple. What I was looking for more of a pixelated/cartoony feel like a sprite from above

I've seen lots of FFXI sprites around (years ago), but I couldn't tell you exactly where now. I did a search for "Japanese FFXI fanart" or something like that and just wandered through Japanese sites. Sprites weren't what I was looking for, but there were lots of them out there.
