Battlestar Galactica miniseries. The scene where the civilian fleet has to jump because the cylons are coming to destroy them, but only half the fleet can. The camera keeps going back to the little girl the president met (on the flowery ship that's about to be nuked to hell). Scene always gives me chills.

I don't think I can come up with just one, but here's a scene I'll never forget. The Royal Tenenbaums played a huge part in opening my mind up to independent cinema, film, culture in general.

I really liked this scene when I was watching it. It almost made me cry because Erik was so worked up over rescuing Godric, then he decides to just die and Erik can't stop him.
