My PCI slots are not getting power and so my wireless network card is not working (i have tried other cards and other devices in those slots) anyone know if my motherboard is messed up or if my power supply is all of a sudden not enough?

POssible that the PCI slots are going out. How old is the Mobo?
maybe a year old
Is this the only trouble you are having?
What company made the mobo?
Are all the PCI slots doing it? or just one?
Haven't noticed anything else wrong with the PC, mobo= ECS GeForce6100PM-M2, all of them aren't working.
Power supply probably isn't 'all of a sudden' cutting off all your PCI slots but not giving you any other problems. If you have checked other items in your PCI slots and nothing works, and you havent recently reformatted / otherwise messed with the BIOS, its possible your mobo is going out. Make sure you are trying things in every slot- when I reformatted / rebuilt PC, I forgot to install my wireless adapter into the correct PCI port- no matter what you had plugged where, it wouldn't even notice it as plugged in unless it was in the right slot, and any other items in the correct order afterwards.
TL;DR version: Try plugging it into each slot, then restarting, see if it works. Some mobos you need them in a certain order. Otherwise, prolly mobo.
