Currently looking for DEDICATED/RELIABLE(aka we don't need people who are always late or don't show up without warning) Events mostly at 8pmJST(go get a time converter on google if you dont know daylight changes the time as we don't change time in Japan)

Chutoro events:
Currently we have a stable dynamis group(Group averages 14ppls/run but we can farm (As well Beat in cities) pretty well a zone without too much trouble, would like more for COP & Outlands to be honest).
Recently expanded to Sky & Limbus as per request from Japanese members.
We plan and will add more to the schedule, depending on LS growth.(next is sea most likely as its a popular demand by members, and yes Einj is on the plan)

About Leadership:
Many years of HNM experience, killed almost everything pretty much in the game many many times(excluding AV & PW), We know our stuff well in this game.(AKA your not led by clueless people thinking of starting something with no experience.) Anyways We live in Japan and wanted to do JST events.

About members: almost everyone is Japanese. LS Chat is in Japanese BUT we have a Vent Server for English speakers.(Leaders are on it always if you have questions).

Compensations: Beside Gear there is a gil payout at the end of the month, based on attendances, and its all split up according to the attendance sheet. We keep spreadsheets for each different events that made that gil and split. We are not a big LS(and don't plan to be) so payouts can(and will) end up being a fair amount as we progress more and more. Only Dynamis has a separate way to make gil from it. everything else is using a split by attendance.

Jobs: Were not very strict at job requirements at this moment. Multiple jobs of course is something we could really use.

Sum up:
We Prefer people Japan living (or Korea or similar time) players.If your somewhere else its fine as long as you show up and on time)
We do not want Drama maker or idle4life/afk4life people.

If you have a docomo or softbank or any other Japanese cellphone we have a BBS compatible with them.(Its the medium we use as its mostly JP members right now, and they like it like this, not enough English speaker at the moment to manage a communication tool they prefer, beside google spreadsheet that will be public to members)

No, I am no longer in Demo, did not get kicked, dont think I left on "bad" terms either, pretty much left to do events in the end in JST time. (To be honest if I was in EST time I wouldnt even think of quitting Demo)

I still recommend it for people, especially if you can also make NA events. (I had a long period where I was able to go in the JST morningss too(NA Nights), but once my schedule in Japan was stable(Classes daytime) it got boring since nothing much to do in JST night).

Man... you just described the best linkshell for me, I've always wanted to join a JPLS, but I guess the only problem would be that my play times are NA Primetime, sorry for trolling but you just described what I've always wanted, just wish i could find JP members or LS that are on @ NA primetime ; ; GL

We dont have any EU in Chutoro at this moment. Kujata itself has a small size EU population imo, only because its a pretty small server.
rarely see over 2500-3000 ppls online nowadays.
