/insert rant about book prices here

Anyways, I'm looking at some ebook readers and I've basically narrowed down my choices to the Nook and the Alex. I'm currently leaning toward the Alex but I have some big concerns about it right now. The fact that it's not out yet and it's going to cost a bit more than the Nook are the big hindrances so far, but I think it has the potential to be much better than its competitors. I was wondering if any of my fellow bgers have any experience with the Nook and what their thoughts comparing the two might be.
