Dynamis most common times ?

Been wondering for a long time, if it was posible to track down per server prime time for dinamis .I had to change dina times when we started 1h earlier couse always was competition on northlands.Not have this problem anymore ,but i think it would help others ?

Usually each server has a single dynamis schedule on of the linkshell's sites. That's probably the best way to find/make your own LS's schedule and not on BG.

You mean as for the new shells to look at the current ls sites to find their time for dina? i understand what your trying to say but still think if people put it on a single place would be better for the new ones.
Then again not everyone cares about others(ls) , so prolly wouldnt work now that i think more about it, but in a helpfull matter if people gathered info about normal times, was my main idea, was worth a shot ^^.

That's what I mean.....usually every server has a single place that every linkshell can post and look at everyone's times and such. One person keeps doing edits on the main schedule and everyone usually follows it. I'm sure there's one on Cerberus, you just need to ask around, maybe a veteran dynamis linkshell that would know. I'm not on your server so I can't really help there. I know for sure that it's not on BG.

Cant find anythin close to a database for cerberus, but yea , anyways , was an idea to try and help new ls,since i c more and more new dina shells shouting everyday <this wasnt meant for my own ls as it is not new and have no competition on our time>, BG just live to put others to shame anyways even in standar talk, so like close or whatever,

Cerberus doesn't have any kind of database that I know of. The LS I go with has had to change our Dyna zone every week for the past month/month and a half because we're constantly getting cockblocked by different shells. My advice? Gather early, and start yelling in foreign languages at anyone else who tries to gather up at the Markings <.<.

Cerberus has no calendar, nobody would follow it if we did set one up. and there are tons of low-man groups that cockblock Xarc even late at night. (Had to change last 3 Xarc runs to something else, starting to get a little emo >.>)

My best advice since you are on Cerberus is to go at uncommon times or be prepared with a backup zone (or two).

The times you posted in the OP look to be uncommon enough ... you might bump into some other shells, but it looks early enough that you'll get what you want.

But you've spent enough time on FFXI and BG to know that is exactly how it works. You can't post a poorly formed post and then say "yeah you all love to troll me", you know exactly what you were getting into!

On topic, some servers have a website devoted just to their own server activities (mine does, not many use it), and this would be the type of place to keep track of such a schedule.

If you can't find one for your own server, you should coordinate and create it yourself. Keep in mind that if one or two linkshells don't feel like cooperating your whole project will be ruined. I can pretty much assure you that is what will happen.

That sux, i dont understand the lack of understanding between diferent groups for the most part, but yea with all the 1month shells shouting in whitegate is gonna get bad soon, at least i think so, and it was the initial point of this tread, before i got discouraged.

Myself i just go talk directly with the leader , as they do when im already in dina asking time remaining and such.

Sometimes it works, sometimes i just rush thins in couse some asshat <most problem it gave me was the ls VF asshats wouldnt listen>and had to move it for 1 h earlier after that.

Apart from that 1 time i never had a problem with other ls in the way, dynamis or just poped nms etc, talking usually solve thins.

That's just the way endgame sometimes goes though, and you're right...the pickup (shout) dynamis groups don't make it any better.

To contribute something appropriate to the topic, Gilgamesh has seen a recent invasion of some 4-6 new shells that have all decided the EST 3-7p on weekends and 6-10p on weekdays slots are most convenient for them...thereby screwing out my shell at least three times so far, and several others as well. We worked hard to establish a functioning rotation with folks and these mostly french groups pretty much don't give a shit.

It's disappointing, but short of learning french to get the point across directly, not even a centralized calendar website would help due to language barrier and inadequate auto translating...if SE isn't going to provide us instances, the least they could do is open a scheduling calendar either in the game console or on the linkshell community. :/

The cheese-eating surrender monkeys probably understand English fine and just don't care.

That's what usually happens on Asura and why our calendar fell apart.

"I'm getting my shit, fuck you guys" is a very common mentality and you can only go on so long before one or more groups start thinking that and ruining it for everyone.

Halving the price and thus making Dynamis more accessible to small groups didn't help either, just made it more feasible for small, selfish groups to get what they want at the expense of everyone else they can't be bothered to care about.

You can always try getting people to use || ffxi-dynamis ||

It never hurts to use it and let people know you use it. Even if others won't use it, at least they know what zones you are doing and when. Some of those small groups might even consider changing their times. I mean if you have like 6-12 people, its not hard to just change days or times.

Seems like most of Hades, Odin, and Fairy dynamis linkshells uses it.
