    Wtf is this kind of sickness

    Inb4 lolfag, wtf, noob and so on...

    So yea yesterday I was feeling fine, went to bed ultra early and slept for like I don't know maybe 15-16 hours lol and had super bad sleep now I woke up with this huge headache that's killing me and I feel hot and cold at the same time but I can walk just fine not dizzy or anything not throwing up either so i'm kind of clueless, Dr.BG what's a remedy for this if there's any?

    I normally get headaches when I oversleep...been like that as far as I can remember. As for the aches ,etc. Could just be from that? Do you usually sleep 15+hrs?

    Nope it's nothing like anything i've ever felt my nose/throat and pretty much every is fine but the headache and it's true that I haven't drank in like a day+ so i'm giving that a shot right now.

    yeah most likely dehydration. headaches can also be a shortage of oxygen in your brain. maybe get some fresh air and take some deep breaths?

    Sleeping a long time also give me huge headache. Water doesnt fix it sadly, but it generally pass with an aspirin a few hours later.

    It's already starting to wear off, I slept from like 11 AM yesterday to 4 AM this morning, LOL.
