Starting my download for the update on my 360 at about 430pm est, it is not 1130pm est and every fucking time I get to the last step I am stuck with the time remaining 4hours and keep getting disconnected around 14% being forced to restart it all over again. I wish it was first come first serve for updates for god sake and forced mine through before some other asshole logs on 10 min ago and gets the downloads no problem while forcing me to restart.

Anyone else having any problems with this bullshit?

I know I just wanted to see more people having this problem besides me lol. Alot of my linkshell are on XBL chat right now logged in and telling me they had no problems =/

I just reactivated my account after canceling a year ago, and I can't even start the update on my 360. Every time it says checking FFXI version I get a POL-12321 version update communication error =/ talk about a nice first day back lol.

Didn't bother trying last night.

Tried updating at 0500 EST today. POL said it would take 4-8 hours to complete the download at that point.

I dc'd twice and gave up...

Odin and one of the other big servers were still on maintenance until at least 2200 eastern last night. If they got on late, that demand could explain the slow download at that time.
