    Your Furthest WotG Nation Progress

A simple poll to see how far most people are along with the WotG nation quests (quests not the missions). Vote for the nation you have made the furthest completion of so far. If you have no idea which is which use this page as a reference. Also out of curiosity if you'd like to post whether you typically try to do all 3 of the nation's quests or do you only like certain ones.

I completed every nation quest (Ok, I'm lying, I still need to farm bottled pixie, but I know it will be done soon).

They are the best set of quests ingame so far, and anyone who doesn't care about those mission is an idiot (especially if they just paid 10$ for the new expansion because they like "story")

This, except I farmed the pixe. We actually sat outside La Vaule [S] and farmed them as a party on the second night we hit up WotG quests (thx broken Windurst quest); the drop rate is far better on those mobs than on the EP-DC ones.

Not that there aren't plenty of good quests in this game (Serpent Generals, SOB, etc.), but these give you good items and are awesome too. Even Bastok came through this time around. Not only that, but you have to do at least one leg to progress in WotG missions, and anyone who doesn't see a 3-way reward coming at the end of the mission chain is pretty dumb. I'll do it now while it's easy to go with who I want. The free gobbiebag items (and items to NPC, and key items that give you gil) don't hurt either.

I killed about 20 yagudo outside ostroya and got none on BLM. It's kinda annoying, but I know it will drop eventually

Ugh, yeah Pixies are the kind of thing you always get when you have no reason for one. Now that you want one it takes ages to get. I was mostly just curious how other people are doing because a lot of people I know aren't terribly far, and yet on update day there's still always a ton of people doing them. However it does seem like the further these go they're becoming increasingly genuinely hard to find help with.

Sauro S was corrupted for me so i couldn't advance in the missions/quests no matter what anyway. Hence I'm on #3.

I'm trying to do all the quests they all have really good story lines and most of the fights are fun and some what unique (some fairly challenging to solo.)

A Feast for Gnats.... Picking the windy line was a bad choice. Sandy has it much easier in my opinion. Less, if not any BCNM's that require you to be on the same quest to enter. That really put a stop on the missions for me, everyone else I know went sandy route.

Behemoth and orc fight were harder than any windy mission imo.

A feast for a gnat can be done with any setup involving 3 melee, and many setup involving 2melee 1 mage. It's not that hard.

Currently on Nation Quest #7 for all three nations. Really enjoying the storylines.

I've done all of them before this patch. Too lazy to see which # that is... 6? I guess.

The nation of bastok itself sounds boring from the getgo so never manage to find the motivation to walk there let alone do the quests.
Sandy is basically natures way of telling me i hate kids. or at least the bratty ones.

Bastok isnt bad at all. It's not linked to the "big thing" so far (except for the last mission), and mostly consist of fight within people in the city, but it's still give us interesting backstory.

Sandoria has a SOB feel to it at time, but they got pretty good cutscene.

Finishing up the sandy questline now. Want to start on Bastok or Windy next. I like the way the nation storylines are quests and I'm liking the WotG missions so far.

Windy is done, working on Sandy now (on the popped Orc NM fight atm), Bastok...I did up to the adaman ingot reward XD

Windy's quests are really hard, but the story more than makes up for it. I find the story for the other two nations rather lacking comparatively, though I hear it gets better, so I'm looking forward to that.

Spoiler about the last sandoria mission

    Spoiler: show
Tavnazia blow up. You see the explosion from Valkurm dune, but it was a great scene anyway, and probably one of the most significant story wise so far, especially because it happened earlier in the story than expected.

Once I kill Young Behemoth and Arch Ahriman I'll have all three paths finished till next update.
