Looking for a bit of help here for a friend who is having issues, he does a lot for me so I'm tryin' to get him sorted out-

He has a x1900xt that he flashed to a Macintosh BIOS a while back, but has now upgraded a lot of parts for his PC (he uses his PC for his 3D rendering, AutoCAD, etc) and so now wants to re-flash it with a Windows BIOS - currently if he boots up his PC with the x1900xt in, he simply has a black screen; the machine starts up, but there's no visual. Obviously most of the flashing guides require you to boot up with the card in, but that's not much of an option because he can't see what he's doing. I tried booting up with my 8800gt in the first slot and the x1900 in the second slot, but then the flash app gives an error..

Basically looking for someone who has done this before who can maybe give us some insight or some other solution, or even a solid forum to go to. googling has brought us to a lot of semi-tech forums that tend to have the question asked a lot with no real answer, so I turn to BG, where I can always find an answer no matter what :D
