Trouble Logging In

I've tried multiple times this afternoon to log my character in and i get to the "Downloading Data" part, and it crashes...It crashed in Bastok Mines MH, Port Bastok, and WG (i had a friend move my char to port and then whitegate). I tried logging in my other character and she loaded fine. Her mule loaded fine in Mines. I tried another account, I loaded fine in Al Zahbi and was able to zone into Whitegate 2 seperate times without incident. I have no idea whats wrong with my character... Any ideas? I've called a GM on my other character now, but I know that wont help

I've seen this happen to someone before. One of the guy's macro files got corrupted, so every time he tried to log in it would crash. He deleted the file from his computer manually and was able to log in just fine, but had to rewrite all of his macros.

i was having an issue with a macro pallet about 1 month ago, where everytime i went to it, my FF/windower crashed, but i havent had any issues since (i avoided the macro set) how would i go about removing it?

I play on Playstation 2, so I have no idea what the file structure looks like.

just talked to a GM, they said to try logging myself in a bunch of times, and most of the time it fixes itself or somethin...dunno if itll work, but im gona try it i guess

dunno how many times ive tried loggin in, but still not working and getting frustrated...bout to call them

Look for where your macro would be. Should be something like:

C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\User\some character ID\macros\

still crashing, stil dont know what to do... im on the POL live chat thing, but i doubt theyll help

friend told me to check my macros, and gave me where to look, it worked, im able to login, just gotta redo my settings+macros, but im happy
