Garlaige blank spot

G-10 on the second map (near the coffer spawn) there's a blank sparkly spot. Anyone know wth it's for :/

It's for mini-quests unofficially called the "Lycopodium Warp" quests.

Go to that spot in the past and you'll see a Lycopodium there; talk to it. Now, in the present, bring a flower to it (most work, there's a list on wiki) and it'll teleport you past a ledge (basically means if you do it right, you don't have to open banishing gates at all anymore).

There is also one in Batallia Downs (circumventing the need to go through Beaucedine Glacier to reach that last coffer spawn point) and one in North Gustaberg (from the top of the cliff to the bottom).

There isn't one there, just Garlaige, Batallia Downs (to get to Glacier,) and North Gustaberg to get up and down the falls (wtf did we need that one for.)

Gusta has one at the bottom to go up, and one at the top to go down. A single lycopodium in the past unlocks both of these at the same time.

If you live in Windy or Sandy and have Gustaberg outpost, this is a useful way to get to Bastok.

Teleport-Altep->Chocobo->Korroka Tunnel->Escape. I don't think I'd ever use the Outpost->Lycopodium Warp->Walk all the way across North Gustaberg->Bastok.

However, I suppose if I didn't have WHM leveled...

If you have a WHM/BLM handy:

Teleport-Dem-->Gusgen Mines-->Movalpolos-->Escape--> walk to Palborough.
