As a DRG I find myself using Hasso more often than not (as DRG often has other ways to mitigate its own damage taken), unless I'm in merits. However, the thing about merits is that parsing in general is always inaccurate unless you have a ridiculously large number of parties and situations in which to compare two melee. This is especially true on birds, where your strongest DDs are by nature handicapped due to Feather Tickle.
Overall this looks to be a decently useful guide. My point is that spreadsheets and parsing alike are for calculating optimums - you'll rarely see in-game results that approach what your calculations might suggest, for a number of variables. For that reason, adding Hasso is a good idea - since you're probably only operating under "the best conditions" anyway.
