    Learning Excel

I started using Excel a year ago to keep track of my Salvage group's records. Since then I've gotten a decent understanding of the basics of Excel. I've also watched quite a few youtube videos on Excel and picked up a few things. Now I'm looking for something that goes a bit more advanced with the functions and I'm having a hard time finding something I like. I would like to find something video orientated, because I find it hard to remain focused while reading a book on this stuff. Does anyone have any suggestions on what videos would be good for me?

To be a bit more specific on where I'm at skill wise. I understand conditional formating, sum, repeat, if & else functions and about charts. I know a bit about vlookup, but I think there is more to it than I've seen. I'd really like to know how to get data from one sheet and have it input into another automatically. I know there is a ton more to learn, but I don't know what will be useful or not.

There are interactive teach yourself books that comes with a disc, where you actually use the disc to apply stuff. Yes, it involves some reading but the discs definitely make it less-dull and easier to learn.

I wouldn't mind a book/video combo, god knows there are enough functions to need a book to remember them all. I was hoping for more specific results though.

I had a book for Excel that was yes, just a book, bit it had step by step instructions for everything. Unfortunately it was a basic Excel book, but it still taught me a few tricks and such that I didn't know before. While it being just a book was rather boring, the fact that it had step by step instructions made it that much easier to learn and remember.

here's a link with many tutorials: Formulas and Functions - Excel Formulas and Functions

I would also recommend attending "best practices" type of meetings where folks share ideas on what functions are really helpful to use. Pivot tables are godly awesome for things like data dumps from other software. If you've done financial analysis for manufacturing companies, you know what I'm talking about.
