Ok, here is a question I'm sure will get a few different responses.
I had my nephew house sit for me while I was away for work for about 6 weeks. I am a manager for group homes that house developmentally disabled adults and occasionally I am required to go out of town to help get new homes started up, staffed, etc. While I was gone, my account was accessed, and I believe sold. As I had just transferred servers about a month before, I know where my account must still be because you can't transfer again for 90 days. FFXIAH shows my account and a long list of my items sold, but not certain items, like my kraken club. I had recently purchased a security token for my account and it was linked to an SE account but I had all of that information in a notebook I keep near my computer that I use for notes for things like guild recipes and such.
My question is.......Is there any chance in hell SE would help me get my account and all of my stuff back given the circumstances?
This same nephew helped himself to some checks and my playstation 3, and even resorted to stealing some pricey toys I had purchased for my 4 year old son. Family is awesome right? =)

your account was "accessed" by your nephew, but since he did it from the comfort of your own home, they're going to see it as the same IP. it wont be enough proof to show anything especially in a window of 6 weeks.

maybe after the person he sold the account to logs on, you might be able to recall it, afterwords (if you have original info) since hes going to be under a different IP. but having the KC, etc back is going to take some major luck.
