What are some of your guys favorite places to eat in Austin, Texas?
One of my favorite is Hyde park!
Most of the meals are priced decent and I love their fries and special sauce!

Is there still a Jazz the Louisiana Kitchen on 6th? I loved eating there and drinking Bermuda Triangles.
No idea, I did a google search and states that there is, but on the Louisiana kitchen website does not show one
Chuy's (pronounced like Chewy's). Get some texas martini's and get shit faced!
Fonda San Miguel.
It's fine dining mexican (I know right?). Easily the best Mexican food I've ever had, and I made it a point to go to all the authentic places when I went to Austin. Best part is, because it's Austin, it's still cheap for fine dining (like 15-20$ a plate). The mole was the bomb.
I also remember this taco place there, it's a small chain and there are like 3 in the city. I can't remember the name but it has a purple monkey or something like that as the mascot and I'm sure some of the BG austin people can tell you more. It's more to go style, but it's delish, and all the tacos and stuff are made fresh there.
Bagel's place.
Then again all Texas foods tastes the same. Like lemony, salty, chorizo flavored shit.
lol <3
Hit up the fuckin Waffle House! (or is that in Houston?)
Oh, and if you decide to hit up fast food, go to Whataburger. Trust me, you will not be dissapointed. Best. Fast Burgers.Ever
whataburger is a grease hole . . .
For fast food in Texas I'd rather hit up a taco cabana lol
or my number one place CHIPOTLE
The Spaghetti Warehouse. Never been there myself but I always wanted to.
Then gain so does that stupid DQ "Das wut i liek bout texas" bullshit as well on the radio. Funny because DQ is in a shit load of states, they don't mention Texas at all in any form or fashion. No emblems on the cups, not on the Blizzards not even on their shitty napkins.
They clearly are embarrassed, cant say that I blame them. Thankfully HEB is located only in Texas as well, their prices are ridiculously high.
