Is there a good start on beating the Bugard in the Clouds ENM?

I haven't fought it in probably 2 years, so I'm sure better strategies have come out, but here's what I used every week with ease.
NIN, SAM, RDM
Start off debuffing it, and NIN spamming shurikens and SAM shooting with arrows. Bring it down to 66% HP. Switch to melee damage, this phase will go very fast, since the NIN and SAM should have a lot of TP after the ranged attacking. Bring it down to 33% HP. At this point the NIN should begin kiting and the RDM will start nuking. Whatever 2 hour goes off, the RDM should gravity it, in general it just gets very mean at low health. If the RDM ever needs some MP to finish off nuking, it can be binded easily. But it does build up resistance very fast, so don't use it as a crutch. With a good NIN, the RDM should have almost full MP and convert for the nuking phase, so that shouldn't be a problem. We might also have used bind for Hundred Fists, I'm not sure.
Kiting it isn't too hard considering when it uses TP moves, it uses them in 3's. And it'll stop for a second or two everytime you out-of-range one. Your tank should also run away during any of the phases when it uses a TP move, or they'll lose a lot of shadows. The only close calls I've had was when the RDM pulls hate in the nuking phase and gets chomped fast from some Hundred Fists or Mighty Strikes. Just make sure the RDM has reraise, and they can pop up and resume nuking. And assuming it doesn't go physically immune, the SAM can 2 hour and finish it fast. I forget if we had the SAM come /RNG in case of that, but it seems like a good idea.
Sorry if I forgot something, but I think this covers all the major points.
Can solo this on NIN btw, you'll need to use elemental ninjutsu, shurikens, and melee.
