Anyone familar with blogging?

I was considering making a blog about Aion but I have never done it before and I don't know what I'm doing either.

Anyone know any good blogs with some how-to guides or something.

I already made the template here Aion: Tower of Eternity but I don't know how to make the countdown timer any bigger and get it out of that little window.



I am sure someone around here has a blog about something that might be able to help me

I still use an old theme on my blogger, but last I check they gave you direct access to the HTML, so remove the frame tags surrounding the counter to get it out of that window.

I thought about trying that.

Also I can't get the countdown timer to remember the time I set it.

I go to the layout editor and click on it, set the time, click save and that popup window closes and then I go to the site and its sitting at 00:00:00 still...

do I after leaving the popup have to hit something else?
