Umm.. official forms, no matter where they come from, change from year to year, hell even from one printing to the next.

Yeah um -- all three my birth certs are legal and legit, one was purchased in like the mid 90s and one was purchased this year (and ofc there's the original one...) and NONE of them look alike.
