So, who is going to check out the movie? It looks pretty good, not to mention the cast (Benicio, Hopkins, Weaving, Emily Blunt). It seems like they managed to keep the classic feel of the film.

The preview I saw in the theater seemed like it had a whole lot going on, so either it's going to be a 3hr movie, which I wouldn't mind, or the whole thing is going to be rushed. Looking forward to it though

Liked it as a whole, do recommend. Don't listen to all the critics. I disagree with most of the stuff on rotten tomatoes and all these other sites. Feel free to check out the review, I feel it's pretty fair in most aspects.

afterward... way better movie. Wolfy was okay but EoD had that "sleeper, didn't expect that" thing Taken had.

We did some sneaking ourselves and saw Avatar again (friend hadn't seen it). Don't get me wrong TWM has enough violence/action to keep me entertained, but it could've been better w/ that cast.

I agree with this. 110% I reviewed both on my blog, but enjoyed The Wolfman a hell of a lot more. EoD has a good story when it's all said and done. Just needs to be chopped down like... 30 or 40 minutes :< There were times where I felt like I was literally gonna fall asleep in EoD.
