I mean does it matter for him one way or the other? It'd be like any other prolific artist who started in the 60s-70s and is now recording a Chrismas Album.. with the amount of quality music and money they have made over the last 30-40 years theyll be fine even with a terminated career.

The cop did everything right in this situation, and so did Dylan. And since this doesn't seem to be the first time it happened to him, it's understandable. I actually like his music but I'd be damned if I could recognize him on the street wandering around in the rain. I doubt most people would be able to do that.
