Verified by Visa - Fail!

Ok I haven't seen a post on this yet.

So I attempted to log in today, only to find that my payment hadn't been taken, after updating my details, I was then presented with the verify with Visa page, after trying 4 or 5 times and getting card authentication failure. I called Visa, 2-3 hours later, they're claiming it's a merchant issue. another hour after that, having my billing info updated by POL through live chat thinking it's going to be all good I log in again having to update my info and the verified by visa page is still not authorizing.

Points to consider.
This isn't the first time I've used the verified by visa page. (it has worked in the past.)

I'm not the only one (atleast that I know of) who is having this particular issue today.

Some ppl think it's cause the cards are canadian or cause they're bank visa cards IE TD, RBC. Anyone out there having these issues or not. Based on ur location and card type.

Finally some think they may be related to the security tokens tied to the accounts.

If anyone else is having this problem, or thinks they have a solution feel free to post.

i had this issue 2 weeks ago with my visa card wouldent work on any site or store the whole day after like 8am(had used it at like 7 then woulldent work after 8 lol) had to wait till next day and it started working agen on its own

called them and they said it was merchent issue too but that was obvisly a lie since i dout 5 stores and 3 different sites all had the same issue at the same time lol
